We are delighted to announce the 2024 Scholarship Program of the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Hawaii, Inc. and The 2024 National Association of Buffalo Soldiers & Troopers Motorcycle Club (NABSTMC) Inc. National Scholarship is here!!

I want to invite you to share this information with eligible students. Our organization will award several local, Frontier, and National scholarships.

I am attaching the Chapter's cover letter and scholarship application package. The deadline for submission is April 10, 2024, and all applications must be completed and emailed to the scholarship representative (sec.bsmc.honolulu@gmail.com) by midnight on that date. It would be beneficial if you assist applicants in mailing their sealed Official High School Transcripts, which must be postmarked by April 10, 2024.

If you or any of the applicants have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, James "WHEELZ" Sharpe, via email at sec.bsmc.honolulu@gmail.com for a prompt reply. Our organization intends to disseminate application packages to all schools, and we aim to make the scholarship awards in mid-May. Depending on the feasibility, scholarships may be formally presented to the awardees during your school's award ceremony.

In addition, applications to compete for scholarships will only be eligible to compete from Chapters with verified Chapter Scholarships. Scholarships MUST come through the Chapter to the respective Frontier Scholarship Representative. Please be sure that when you send this information out, you inform your Applicants of the process. Be sure Applicants read and understand the Submit Application section of the instructions. There will be no exceptions to this process. All applications MUST be received by 11:59 pm on April 15, 2024, by the Frontier Scholarship Representative. 

Each Frontier will receive a minimum of $5000 in scholarship funds from National. The National Winner will be selected from one of the five Frontiers and receive a $5000 NABSTMC National Scholarship. Frontiers can increase their funding from National by producing their scholarship funding (i.e., if the Frontier provides a verifiable $7500 in scholarship funding, National will then MATCH the Frontier with $7500. The MATCH is a maximum of $10,000.

The QR code below can be provided to applicants. The application is fillable and can be completed via computer or cell phone. The QR Code will be available on the NABSTMC app, the National website, and the NABSTMC Facebook page. The Scholarship Application is available on the app under NABSTMC Scholarship on the app's main page. This is available to the public, so you can quickly tell an applicant to download the app and get the application without printing the document.
